About the Role We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive meaningful business impact. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, strategy, and creative teams to uncover data-driven opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to solution design, and engage with clients to present insights and recommendations. The role requires a strong balance of technical depth and business understanding, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems Build AI-driven solutions, including applications leveraging generative AI and neural networks Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, strategy, creative) to design data-led solutions Translate business requirements into technical approaches and actionable insights Work directly with clients to present findings, recommendations, and solution strategies Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into ongoing projects Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in an agency or product-driven environment Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI techniques Hands-on experience with generative AI and neural network-based solutions Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in client-facing roles and presenting technical insights to non-technical audiences Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Python Strong experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong working knowledge of Vertex AI for model deployment and scaling Experience using Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab for experimentation and prototyping Ability to build and manage scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (preferred) Preferred Traits Strong curiosity and passion for emerging technologies Continuous learning mindset with interest in certifications
