Technical Architect - Automotive & Agentforce (AI) - An innovative technology provider specializing in enterprise-grade AI and machine learning, delivering advanced automation and predictive intelligence to optimize complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities Agentic Architecture & Delivery Leadership Architect and deliver Agentforce / Copilot solutions for automotive use cases. Define agent operating model: tool-use patterns, guardrails, grounding strategy, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop approvals. Design enterprise-grade agent governance including evaluation strategy, monitoring/observability, auditing, and security controls. Salesforce Platform Architecture Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Salesforce core products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and relevant industry capabilities. Define scalable, secure architecture patterns aligned to Salesforce Well-Architected guidance. Ensure performance and reliability at scale (LDV considerations, async processing, bulkification). Data Cloud & Enterprise Data Architecture Lead implementations using Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion patterns, identity resolution, calculated insights, data graphs / semantic layer, and activation. Define architecture patterns with modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake or Databricks) and enterprise integration tooling. Partner with data teams to design secure, compliant activation for agentic workflows. Integration & Automation Define API/integration strategy between Salesforce and enterprise systems, including SAP and manufacturing platforms. Architect action execution patterns invoked by agents via Flows, Apex, MuleSoft/APIs, or event-driven patterns. Ensure integrations meet enterprise standards for resilience, security, and auditability. Automotive Domain Architecture Lead architecture aligned to Salesforce Automotive Cloud (vehicle lifecycle, warranty/service, customer/driver relationships, householding, asset/vehicle data model). Define process flows spanning OEM, supplier, dealer, and service center ecosystems. Translate automotive data signals (e.g., telematics/service alerts) into actionable workflows in Salesforce + agentic orchestration. Basic Qualifications Agentic Solutions Expertise (Must Have) Demonstrated experience designing and deploying Agentforce / Copilot-style solutions in Salesforce. Strong ability to architect grounded agent experiences using Prompt Builder / orchestration patterns and governed tool invocation. Experience implementing guardrails, grounding, and hallucination-risk mitigation strategies in enterprise settings. Ability to design agent action frameworks leveraging Flow/Apex/API integrations. Salesforce Architecture Experience 10+ years enterprise technology experience with 7+ years in Salesforce architecture roles. Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture across data model design, security model, sharing, identity patterns, and performance/scalability. Strong ability to lead technical solutioning with cross-functional stakeholders. Industry / Domain Experience Experience delivering Salesforce programs in automotive and/or manufacturing environments (OEM/Tier suppliers/dealers/service ecosystem). Working knowledge of SAP integration landscapes (S/4HANA exposure strongly desirable).
